✔️ To run a non-governmental organisation that brings real benefits to people and is alert to their needs - it takes a network, a village. We have known this from the very beginning of the Radawnica Folk High School, which is why we are open to collaboration with other institutions, both national and international. It has even become part and parcel of our mission to learn, to explore new ways of doing things, to draw on diverse cultures and experiences.

✨ One of our international partners is SEND ETS. We share similar values, have been working together for more than 10 years and our cooperation is exemplary!
It is an organisation that promotes social change practices based on collective action, leading to a just, sustainable society that respects social differences. SEND ETS helps people to get to know themselves better, to develop an active, critical and informed attitude towards the world around them.
Their work involves accompanying people in their search for employment opportunities in line with their own development path, and with increasing their own personal and professional resources.
🙌🏻 We meet in person several times a year, share what works, talk about difficulties, and today we are working on the next Erasmus+ Adult Education project.
Elena Milio and Sara Paolazzo are ladies whose knowledge, willingness to provide support, and openness, help to make things happen. We have had the pleasure of hosting SEND ETS several times in Radawnica. Our next meetings in Palermo are scheduled for May and September this year.
In a word - it is worthwhile to establish relationships, build links, share knowledge and kindness. This is a benefit for our whole 'village' 🌏
